Vita Plaza in Tbilisi

Scam. Sent me the message that they're not sure if they can find me a room when i get there. I obviously booked another hotel after that. When i didn't show up they charged me the full price. When i called them a very nasty woman said "you should've cancelled your booking yourself".

Definitely avoid. I came to the hotel and waited for 45 mins at the reception. I called several times and sent them a message. No response. I left and asked for a at least partial refund. They declined and asked me where am I ? :) never before in my life I have seen that a hotel has vacant reception for so long and are unavailable

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. First, the Wi-Fi was incredibly weak and only worked properly outside of my room, which made it very inconvenient. This was especially frustrating since I needed reliable internet for work.

The staff didn’t make things any better—they weren’t helpful at all and seemed to struggle with even basic English, which made communication difficult. There’s also no elevator in the hotel, so if you’re staying on the third or fourth floor, be prepared to carry all your luggage up by yourself, as no one was available to assist.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you value convenience and good service. The lack of Wi-Fi, unhelpful staff, and the absence of basic amenities like an elevator made it a very disappointing stay.

The first thing they think about is money and the last thing is guest's comfort. Ruined my honeymoon. I stayed two nights in the best and most expensive room of the hotel(101), the bathroom valve was damaged, dirty rooms, found last guest's insanitary garbage under the bed, stained shower, bad breakfast (low quality apple jam (no other choices) , bread, boiled eggs, yogurt and shredded cheese), only low quality Turkish coffee or teabag (not both). Dirty sheets and curtains. Moody staff (they yelled at me when I asked them to repair the valve of the shower). No tissues in room. Very bad service. The only good thing is its proximity to Europe square and old Tbilisi. I do not recommend it at all.
