They know that I am on my way , so in the second they hear my car get in to their property they come outside the door even it’s snowing out said and smiling at me they bring me inside there own house and offer me a free coffee and free dinner!
Very warm family, can’t ask more then that!

They are running this business with a lot of love very good of you want to have a ski Vacation and still feel home in a good price and not paying extra expensive hotel room in Gudauri that charging price start at 100$ and up. So I choose to invest my money in a local family business and not in Gudauri,
So I drove 25 minutes in one of the most beautiful road and they host me in a lot of love

Good place very close to kobi lift. Perfect accommodation if you have little budget. We took room for 5 persons. Big kitchen with all needed dishes, knives,bowls, pans, glasses, all stuff for making home made food. 2 separate toilet rooms. One is very big with washing machine. Very warm and comfortable. On TV is many channels. And erotic channel also 😋. Guest house is extremely clean. You can't order breakfasts here. It's better to take ski rental in Stefansminda and ride on ski lift in Kobi. Safes a lot of time. Recommend for students with limited budget.
