We are currently in Tbilisi and intend to travel to your hotel today. However, our guide has informed us that the road to Kazbegi is currently blocked due to heavy snow. Even so, no refund request was accepted.

We were traveling from Georgia to Russia and needed a hotel before the border crossing so we could spend the night, shower, have breakfast, freshen up, and then cross the border safely in the morning. The hotel was perfect for all of this. We arrived late in the evening and were checked in quickly. It's a shame the receptionist didn't speak Russian (oh well). The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water—what else could you want?
We woke up in the morning to a stunning view from the window—mountains, snow, and more mountains!
The breakfast was wonderful; it seemed we were the only guests that day; they prepared it especially for us. We asked for some lunchboxes for the trip, and they gave us a ton of extra food—superb!
The only downside is that there's no power outlet outside; we were driving an electric car, so it would have been useful. A 220V outlet would cost $10.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The location was great, and as I rented a car, having a parking spot was a huge plus. (The room heating wasn't great, but the bathroom was warmer 😓). Breakfast was delicious!

We stayed with friends and booked a family room and a special room. We were delighted. Each room had a bathtub, and it was lovely to soak in it after a snowy day. Our rooms had large verandas with mountain views. A magical place.
The hotel offers delicious cuisine. The restaurant is open in the evening, where we tried the most delicious brownie.
The hotel is beautifully decorated for the New Year, and pleasant music plays.
The staff speaks Russian and English.

It’s was a great stays, Nini and nino was so kind and helpful for arranging my transportation. All the transporter are so helpful and kind too. View from my room was truly amazing facing mountain and snowing during my stay. Thanks Nini and Nino.
