Despite the hotel busy all time, the reception lady Lia is helpful, friendly and just great person; respect to her work 🙂🏔️. So nice filling to come back to so comfortable place strait after descending from the Summit🏔️ the location of the hotel is optimal as well

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.

Large room with spectacular view and very friendly hosts. The room Was very large and comfortabele. Free off road parking. The breakfast buffet Was included And really nice. Very friendly hosts. As i forgot my jacket, they bought it back to Tbilisi where we stayed Later during our holidays in Georgia.

I visited that hotel last month.My journey in Kazbegi was incredible and this hotel made it more memorable.The location is great, the view from the hotel is exciting. Staff is very friendly anx warm.The rooms were clean and the food absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing hotel. Hotel has hands down best view compared to other hotels. Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is happy to have you and very attentive. We had amazing time in the rooftop bar and great breakfast in the morning. Thanks 👍!

Small rooms and misleading pictures. We changed the hotel and lost our booking amount. No balcony. Hidden view of the mountain from the room. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. A 2 star hotel. We were seeking a better experience for our 2N stay than this. Disappointing.
