Hotel Caucasus in Borjomi

Loved staying here. The location is excellent being very close to the centre and tourist attractions. The host Ana is very warm and welcoming. She even gave us a lovely bottle of Georgian wine. Highly recommend Hotel Caucasus to stay in Borjomi

The service is just something else, the hosts are the nicest people, they gave us a breakfast that I have never seen in my life, they offered washing your clothes for free and they give you great recommendations. I would say it’s the best hotel in georgia

Hotel Caucasus is very modern and has a great view of the city. The hotel is very clean and also it has wonderful views full of nature. The host is amazing, so warm, kind, friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend this beautiful hotel to people who visit Borjomi. It was a pleasure to stay here!!😍

The accommodation is very modern and has a great view of the city. (We were lucky to stay in one of the front-side rooms with the best view.) The beds are comfortable and the sanitary facilities are clean and good. The room we were in had a couch, 4 beds, a table, a bathroom and some closets. There was also a refrigerator and a watercooker. It was a very spacious room which brought us a lot of additional comfort.

A well deserved shout-out to our host, who was especially very nice and kind. She is around to help you out with your requests. She doesn’t speak English fluently but is very patient and with some hand gestures communication works out fine.

The only thing that we noticed that can be improved: The (blinding) curtains in our room didn’t fit the windows, so light gets in the room as early as the sun rises.

A consideration:
The accommodation is located on a hill, so if you decide to walk instead of drive you’ll have to walk upwards on your way back. We didn’t experience this as an issue, but it’s probably worth mentioning. There is parking space around the accommodation and in the city center, so going by car is always an option. Don’t expect a difficult drive to the accommodation.

TL;DR: We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, relatively close to the city center (5min walk). Amazing view and comfortable beds. The host is overly sweet, kind and friendly! 💫

The lady who owns the property is very friendly and helpful. We also liked good location with close proximity of the restaurants and entrance to the park. At the same time, the property located sufficiently far away from the noisy Main Street. The one thing - would be perfect if they offer a breakfast because the majority of restaurants in the town get open from 10 am what was a bit late for us.
