In general nice atmosphere and hotel located in peaceful place with the good view in upper floors. Reception are welcoming. Special thanks to Mary who was very helpful. There is no concierge services or Guest relation, so be ready to carry your luggage yourself. Rooms are comfortable. Gym are very small and swimming pool as well. Main restaurant opened for breakfast with variety of food. Easy to order a taxi via mobile app, or even walking down to the square as it is not too far!

The hotel claims to be 5 star but it is 3-minus stars. The location in general is nice but very mad rout which takes you to the main attractions, the staff is rude and some of them doesn’t know english, so when I called a guy couldn’t answer my question and just decided to drop the phone. The rooms are average, the breakfast…horrible. A very bad smell in the breakfast area.

It was a great experience. Cleanliness of the room, service, staff, all good. The room also had a great view. The swimming pool was accesable and warm. I definatly recommend it. The location was also satisfaction. ohh about the breakfast, I really miss the brunches I ate there.

It is a five star hotel in the old Tbilisi near to touristy places where is possible to watch all by walking. Although for arriving to the hotel you need hiking. All of the stuffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is almost complete. The room were be cleaned every day. highly recommended.

Nice Hotel, we had a lovely view of Tbilisi from our Window. The hotel does not have a 24 hrs coffee shop or eatery which is an inconvenience for people who may want to eat in the hotel other than Breakfast.Breakfast has a large spread with different types of food. Little far from the central area of Tbilisi. Rooms are right size and comfortable. The luggage has to be carried on our own. No help available for that. Overall a pleasant experience

The hotel is in a good area, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious. There is a park nearby where you can walk with children.

this is fataneh yavarifar,i am writing from room 808. i am really sorry for this hotel for having such uneducated stuff. the first night we came here , there wasnt any blankets, we slept really uncomfortable. for the second night i called the reception and asked for it. he told me it was unpossible , because there wasnt any room service stuff there . i explaned the previous night was really cold and my doughter was shiverring and we really needed it . but he ignored me . on 5.am i called but no answer. i went down and asked for blanket angrily . still he didnt do anything and just argued with me . when he saw my persistance , he went to the storage just some steps away and handed a blanket to me!! no any apologize, not any kind words , just angry looks !!! i want to tell you that you are really unprofessional and i never recomment this hotel!!

This has been one of the worst hotels i have stayed! They claim to be a five star but do not have any kind of room service and the people at reception are extremely rude!!! Restaurant is shut early evening leaving the guest stranded.. Horrible experience!

My wife and I stayed at Pine Astoria Hotel for 3 nights in April 2024. The hotel had a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the windows offered a view of tree-covered mountains. The hotel's distance from major attractions was convenient, and it took less than a 10-minute walk to reach Rustaveli Street. The hotel's breakfast was appealing and diverse. However, the main issue with this hotel was the limited number of staff, likely due to the low number of guests. For instance, during breakfast, there was only one staff member present, and there were no personnel at the hotel entrance to welcome guests or help with luggage. Overall, considering the price, I was relatively satisfied and would certainly recommend it to my friends. I hope the hotel management addresses these shortcomings soon.

I want to write my review with this differentiation that 5 Stars Building and 5 Stars services are completely different issues! My stay at this hotel dates back to September 2023 and I hope during past months, hotel management improved its service; But I review some important points about Pine Astoria Tbilisi. Actually, hotel's building is 5 Stars and its location is very very good. Also, It has good rooms with nice design and amenities and what needs to be improved is hospitality skills. There are very few staff (Just one waiter in Breakfast Salon and even no body in Pool area to provide necessities like locker) and it make a very Slow Hotel... Breakfast items are not match with 5 Stars Standards. However you can find some delicious foods. This hotel is not ready for emergency conditions. My toe was injured and they didn't have simple first aid and just provided some Non-Sterile Cotton. Overall, if Pine Astoria hire many more skilled staff, it could be good hotel. But in my own experience it is not a 5 Stars (and in some aspects) or even 4 Stars hotel.
