Good location, kind people. Could be a little more hygenic, but overall good!

The kids could play in the courtyard, so the adults had some free time which was great 😆
There was a separate shared living room, but the room we stayed in had a kitchen and a bathroom, so although it was small it was enough for our needs!
You could also hang out the laundry outside after washing it in the washing machine, which was great!

It was already late on our first day in Tbilisi, and the landlord welcomed us warmly, making us feel like home.

This is a small private hotel hidden in the local living circle. The landlord is very welcoming, the surrounding environment is safe, and the door is not locked when you go out. There are some other residents in the whole small courtyard, which is full of life. It is a different experience from staying in a hotel. It looks shabby, but I like it very much.

This place is lovely and friendly but I wouldn't say it's clean enough for me, the bathroom smelled absolutely awful and it's really the only thing that let the place down :( the balcony was just perfect to sit in the morning with your coffee and a book :) I felt very secure in this place but again the smell from the bathroom I will never forget.

Perfect hotel for budget travelers, good hygiene level and cheerful staff in addition to that prices are very affordable.
