Tabori Terrace in Tbilisi

Ambiguous review for me today that you should read entirely to have a complete opinion.

I started writing an original review that was an angry one star review but the owner did a honorable gesture and in the end and offered us a pristine room, that was clean, with an absurdly stunning view...

So I would say my first night was a one star review and my second night a five star, hence my average.

First room was dirty : poor hygiène (strands of hair in the shower) no toilet paper nor towels, dirty glasses in the room (if you ever have to sleep here for some reason, don't drink from their cups)

Bad service : no hot water in the room, the receptionist told us he couldn't do anything and that... the water felt hot for him... Nice gaslighting, sir.

Standards : the faucet was mounted in reverse, that tells a lot about how concerned they feel about accuracy and precision.

A cheap hotel must be cheap because it gives you a small room or no amenities, and surely not because its employees and founders have shamelessly set the bar low.

At three AM in the first night, drunkards were fighting in the corridor and the natural resonance of the building doesn't have a tolerance for the noisy. One of them, a Kazakh tourist, had not liked my request to stop screaming, so he tried to destroy my room's door. Not that it was the hotel's fault in the first place but their reaction time was veeeery long...

Oh and what to say of the smell? I would describe it as a... ''sewer pipe aroma'' with a touch of sweat and drapery that seldom experience the fresh air coming from an open window.

The manager did seem like a honorable Georgian man though, and said that we'd find an arrangement the next day.

And boy did he do it ! He offered us a night with the best view ever : Old Tbilissi at night is a visual treat and the room was absolutely perfect.

A lovely hotel, relatively close to the old town. Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the value for money is simply excellent.

Have stayed there recently, was so delighted with personnel and magnificent view to the whole Tbilisi. Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay/

Offers wonderful views but rooms are a bit small.
