AIA Hotel in Tbilisi

it was my 2nd time in this place.. absolutely a huge improvement. my first stay was in 2023 january for 2 days which i felt uncomfortable and unpleasant during the stay such is room conditions / staffs language barriers / charges..
and on my 2nd visit to georgia i had to book this hotel again as i arrived very late in Tbilisi. once i checked in i was surprised the reception lady she recognized me and greeted in very pleasant way and the entire rooms are upgraded which is so nice.
we booked the room without balcony and however they offered us free upgrade with balcony.. even the staffs who didnt understand english during my first visit, they speak very well good english now and being friendly with guests which is absolutely WOWW... and there was an old gentlemen who help us to carry our luggages which we didnt see on my last visit..
MAIN THING. during my last visit i got another challenge for breakfast, because they didint had breakfast in their hotel and i had to walk till Avlabari metro station for breakfast early morning while its snowing. but this time ive seen that they offered breakfast in their hotel itself which is more easy and comfortable to their guests. A BIG IMPROVEMENT!! MY IMAGE WAS ON THIS HOTEL WAS SO POOR ON MY FIRST VISIT BUT AFTER MY 2nd VISIT IT IS SOOO PLEASANT AND SO FRIENDLY STAFFS!
But not quite sure about this electronic thing which were attached on TV!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! AND I WILL DELETE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW!!!!!

I and my Husband stayed for 6days/5nights with comfort, security and well warm welcome services. Mr. Zura as owner well so hands-on to his guest with all care for their concerns. His story was so beautiful to hear if you will visit his hotel you surely won't like to miss sitting with him on a breakfast time or anytime of the day. His family set a home for everyone. This isn't a hotel, it was a home.. A home for everyone. Location is so great pin point to any corner of your tourist spot. Trinity Cathedral just few steps away.. old Tbilisi, freedom square, Rustaveli , botanical garden, mother of Georgia and any places you would to visit are just 20-25 mins walk away if you slow walker like me .. Please try to booked your stay with them it was not away like homes feels. I surely you will love them...

We stayed this hotel for 5 days and it was really amazing experience. The hotel is not really that nice as you expected but the staffs and the people around are so awesome especially to George and Eka for guiding and accommodating us. Location wise is really good, it’s walking distance from the train station, Holy trinity church and some other beautiful places near in the city. Overall I can recommend this hotel especially for those new travellers.

I was living at this hotel for one month. The welcoming into the hotel was very nice and polite. The hotel staff were very helpful and understanding. During my stay I noticed that the staff was renewing the hotel rooms and after the renewing they became much more cosier and brighter. The hotel is run by the hotel owner and his family and they make you feel at home, they share their own stories and are always kind and helpful.
