Betlem Hotel -Tbilisi City in Tbilisi

Very nice and clean hotel, service is great. Staff are friendly, saloon restaurant club and hotel services. Reception available 24/7, answering time fast. Location great, near shopping center and very quiet neighborhood.

Simply great. The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the university. The rooms are comfortable, the staff very helpful and the service extremely good. Being an Indian, i requested certain indian dishes and they were happy to oblige. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again

We wanted to make sure we stay as close to the city as possible. Located at a great place we were pleasantly surprised with the great rate and an amazing service. Spacious room, spic and span and polite staff. Highly recommend this

+ Lobby, restaurant (breakfast) and room/bathroom perfectly clean, very presentable! Very polite and welcoming late at night, also had to do some work after check-out and was accommodated in the lobby so could still use the WiFI, had lovely chat with the front desk staff. Breakfast staff was diligent as well!
- The ONLY issue I had was that it's a hotel with a night club on the bottom floor and when I arrived late I guess the only rooms they had were on the 2nd/3rd floor. There should be a special note of this in the listing, I feel, it happens in a lot of hotels but in general: soundproofing either needs to be better on the first floors or you have to have the option of moving up in the building on weekend nights when the party is going on until early in the morning. I fell asleep after a bit and definitely want to note it wasn't REALLY bad, and there was no noise from neighbors or the hallway, but I could feel the bass thump and hear the music from below (obviously very muffled, so if you're very tired like I was you'll eventually get to sleep).
