The rooms are clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, and the staff is always warm and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, well-maintained, and welcoming.
A special thanks to the new manager, Natia, for her exceptional hospitality. She truly goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a noticeable difference in the guest experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent breakfast. There are plenty of good options to choose from, and everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared — a great way to start the day.

The hotel is very good and offers excellent value for money.
It is located in a beautiful area, right by the river, in a part of the city where you can experience the local atmosphere — in my opinion, a much better choice than the purely touristy district.
The greatest asset is the kindness of the staff, especially the manager Natia.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is very clean, well-managed, and located in an excellent area. What truly made the experience special was the level of service. The manager, Ms. Natia, is exceptionally professional and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely return.

I stayed at this lovely guesthouse and absolutely loved it! The room was very comfortable — the bed, the curtains, everything made for a relaxing stay. There’s also a bidet in the bathroom, which was great.
The location is not right in the city center, but it’s quiet and peaceful by the river, and you can reach the center easily by Bolt for just 5–8 GEL, or walk about 35 minutes if you prefer.
Breakfast was amazing — very rich and delicious! There was everything: coffee, eggs, cereals, cakes, fruits, and vegetables. Honestly, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my trip.
Everything was clean, cozy, and well taken care of. I definitely give this place a full 5 stars — highly recommended!

Nice hotel in a quiet street. Stayed for a couple of nights. The was clean, although a bit small. The bed was nice and comfy. The shower was a bit cramped for a guy of my size. It is in a good location, couple of minutes by foot from the main street. The hotel offers a breakfast which is excellent. There are all kinds of pastries, eggs prepared in different ways, meats etc. There is also a good restaurant right across the hotel and a supermarket nearby.

Location was very convenient, We were greeted with smiles by the reception who were very friendly and cooperative, Rooms are clean and comfortable, Great Experience overall, Will be back for sure. Highly recommended if visiting Tbilisi

We had booked two rooms here - standard room category The rooms are clean and comfortable and decently sized. The bf spread is decent and has plenty of options for vegetarians The front desk staff (specially ms Tata) was courteous and helped us with suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel, even though not located in the old town, is a short taxi ride away. Barely costs GEL 4-6 to get to most areas of interest. And even if you don’t want to step out to the old town, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend if you don’t mind starting slightly far from the city center.

The staff are still very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew standard has dropped. Room cleaning was missed a few days. But overall stay was pleasant.
