Very calm, cozy and comfortable place in the tbilisi center.very tasty breakfast, and good service.clean and bright rooms.fast internet.very friendly staff.There are many beautiful living plants in the yard.The building is authentic with an original design.

i felt pretty comfortable and enjoyed my stay hospitality is main cherry of the place and rest what i liked was - calmness and quitness of the surrounding, beautiful avenue with coloured lighting and christmas village in 200m rooms were clean and with ideal temp and i got plenty of restaurants around the only time i felt discomfort was when i was going by foot to the hotel and needed to walk around 4 minutes on the uphill which made me tired enough rest is good tho and issue with foot walk was resolved by route bus which is avaliable every 15 minutes aditionally i liked that in my room was perfect quiet corner where i was able to concetrate and learn so definitelly recomend this hotel

i was not aware of the hotel being on uphill and realised it only on second day its not far from main avenue but may be little bit tired to get there so i preferred bolt i got everything i am waiting normally while staying in hotel attentive stuff who is eager to help provided me with as much attention as i needed they are educated about city and helped me to create my plans and this all was just first impression room was cozy but beautiful and clean temperature was taken care of and i got conditioner electroheatater and heat batteries so i definitelly was not feeling cold additionally i loved that everywhere in the building i saw many pictures and georgian souveniers which made the place most autentichal the british house has something common with britain due to its aristocratic building but mostly it is filled by georgian soul which is rich with hospitality and nature loved the garden inside and neon light which gives totally different look at night

amazed by georgian hospitality itself we arrived in tbilisi late night and were not able to get to skiing resort so we booked this place based on the reviews and good price for 4 person room was vast beds and extrabeds even there were actually sofas were comfortable and good for sleep and everything was clean in the morning we were offered breakfast but did not get time for it night shift was nice in the appearence and had great attitude overall i liked the way everything was runned and taken care of the administration is doing proper job for the reputation which is definitelly fairly granted thanks from finland and hope that we will be able to visit you again

If you want to feel the spirit of old Tiflis, this is the place for you :) excellent quality of service combined with genuine hospitality will be remembered for a long time :) i was told about wonderful restaurant and also another places i wanted to visit felt new year spirit inside and surroundings of the hotel is beautifully decorated staff is golden definitelly enjoyed

experienced staff took care of my trip in tiflisi got very nice restaurants and place to visit and they were helfull in everything i think it was worth it i had nice stay filled with care

The hotel is located on a slope, similar to a family-run guesthouse. The rooms are quite large, but the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned. Since my flight was in the morning, I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how it is. The restaurant on the right at the second intersection downhill is not good, and the prices are high. The owner of the small grocery store opposite the hotel is also not very good.

The boss is a kind old man, and there are several handsome young men who run the hotel together. The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, convenient for life and shopping, and next to the Chinese Consulate. It only takes half an hour to walk to Freedom Square. My room has a big balcony, and I can touch the big trees on the street, and there are pigeons that are not afraid of people at all🕊

The location is about 10 minutes walk up the mountain near the subway station. You can navigate the hotel name on Google maps. The slope is a little steep. There is a TV tower and an amusement park above. You must go to the top of the mountain. You can walk up and take the cable car down (the cable car costs 10 lari one way and you need a card). There are not many rooms, so it is a homestay. The decoration is retro, but it is very clean. The artworks are spotless. You can see that the owner is taking good care of it. The service is very good. Breakfast is freshly made and you can make an appointment in advance. In short, if you are tired of the same old modern hotels, this place will give you a different feeling👍
