The cutest hotel in the most convenient location in Tbilisi. Loved the aesthetic especially and the friendly cats too.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Professional Service, clean spotless, well maintained. The gym is so underrated. My rooms was cozy and clean. David the main reception man noticed I was limping and he was so kind. He ran to the pharmacy for me and got me some ibuprofen. He always carried my bags for me. A 5 star level of professionalism. At a fair price.

A Decent Hotel
I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but my experience didn’t quite match the expectations. While the stay was generally fine, I didn’t find anything particularly exceptional or above standard.
I also had issues with the hot water at night, which took about 3–4 hours to resolve. After a long and tiring journey, having to wait until 11:30 p.m. to finally take a shower was especially disappointing and really affected my overall stay.
Additionally, I encountered a couple of situations during my visit that did not reflect the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Overall, it’s a decent place, but the experience fell short of what I had hoped for.

This hotel was my first stop upon arriving in Tbilisi, and it made me feel extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and we slept soundly. But what mattered most was the staff—every single one of them was incredibly friendly! The front desk lady who checked us in on the evening of November 16th, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was wonderful. We booked the room on App without specifying a king-size bed or twin beds, and she kindly helped us switch to twin beds and even escorted us to our room. Thank you so much! Also, a big thank you to Michael and another gentleman (I regret not asking his name) who helped carry our heavy luggage. Last but not least, thanks to David who assisted with our check-out. I mistakenly thought I had lost my phone at the hotel, and he went out of his way to help me look for it—he was also so kind! I appreciate every staff member who offered us help. If I have the chance to visit Tbilisi again in the future, or if any of my friends come here, I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel is just superb. They provide everything already in their rooms! I have never been to a hotel that's as thoughtful as this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, quick and professional. They have a spacious parking basement as well. The view is spectacular, and the hotel is located around 25-30 mins walk to the city centre. They also clean their rooms everyday! We would definitely visit again.

Lovely clean hotel. Very clean and really comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay, and service (for the most part) was nice and attentive.
It was strange that such a hotel would not acknowledge birthdays during the stay (we had two) or a wedding that we actually celebrated in the hotel's restaurant.

I will stay here again if I return to Tblisi.
The rooms are charming, the bed is wonderful and the amenities are top notch.
The hotel seem to be better than the international brand 4 star hotel we stayed in a few days before moving here.
Location is on the main road, with the public bus to and from the airport stopping just steps away.
There is a small grocery around the corner, and restaurants around the area.
This hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Old Tblisi, so it is quieter.
The rooms are charming, the bed is wonderful and the amenities are top notch.

The air conditioning was not working well.
The cabinet was broken and had holes.
The water pressure was low.
I had to use the stairs to go to the lobby.
The walls were clean.
