Clean rooms & great views, as well as friendly staff and well spoken English.
Average breakfast.
Fine location, easy to take Bolt downtown and very quiet neighborhood.
Walking distance to the big church!

Amazing hotel in Tbilisi! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great prices, and a rooftop with stunning city views. Perfect stay – highly recommend!

I’ve traveled to more than 47 countries, and I can confidently say this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered from the friendly and professional staff, especially the receptionist Mariam, to the immaculate room cleaning and the little touches that truly make a difference.

Everything was perfect: shower mat, towels, quality shampoo, powerful AC, fridge, slippers, bath robe, nothing was overlooked.

One of my favorite features was the balcony on the 5th floor. Not only do you get a stunning view over Tbilisi, but it’s also where breakfast is served and it’s absolutely lovely. The balcony is accessible at any time, and you can always enjoy free coffee or tea there. With its beautifully styled table and chairs, it’s the perfect spot to relax with a drink and take in the city.

The hotel is located in a lively area where locals live, giving you a more authentic feel of Tbilisi, while still being just a 15-minute walk from the main square.

Honestly, this place deserves a 10/10 rating — at least from my perspective. And unlike most places, it actually looks better in real life than in the photos. I’ve attached a few pictures to show what I mean.

I recently stayed at Tbilisi Story Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Since the price was slightly lower compared to nearby hotels, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Pros:
✅ The service is wonderful—the staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
✅ The hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere, from the rooms to the corridors, making it feel warm and welcoming.
✅ Perfect location—many tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it super convenient.
✅ The terrace and city view are absolutely amazing! This was my favorite part of the stay—just sitting there and enjoying the beautiful view of Tbilisi.

Cons:
🔸 Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me.
🔸 The rooms are small, but given the price, they’re still a great deal. Plus, we were out exploring all day, so it didn’t really matter.
🔸 It can get a bit noisy at times, but nothing unbearable.

Overall, a fantastic stay! If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and budget-friendly hotel with great service, this is definitely a great choice. Would love to come back! 😊

«+» Newly built, modern hotel. Everything looked nice and clean. There are stunning views of Tbilisi from the rooftop, which has tables for dining and relaxing. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. My check-in process was easy. My Double Room (#303) was the right size for me, but I believe it might feel tiny for two people. I really liked the room’s design. The large panoramic window allowed plenty of natural daylight, and I could open part of the window to let in fresh air. The room had plenty of well-placed electrical outlets, which was convenient. The bathroom was nicely designed with a wooden floor and a large shower stall. The bathroom amenities were of good quality and had a pleasant lavender scent. The Wi-Fi was fast. I also appreciated the free late check-out at 14:00, thanks to the sweet front desk girl. I paid $42 per night, and I found this deal very reasonable for the overall quality of the hotel. «-» The biggest downside for me was the hotel's location, which is situated high on a hill. It was somewhat hard and inconvenient to walk up and down all the time, although you can always use a taxi. Additionally, the neighborhood around the hotel is quite poor. Many of the streets nearby have no streetlights, making it difficult to walk at night. Another small issue was that there was only one small trash can in the bathroom; they should add another one in the room. I also didn't like the pillows on the bed - they were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel has no elevator.

Hotel is very calm and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part of central Tbilisi. The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

I had a fantastic experience with Tbilisi story hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Location is on spot, in a historic area of Tbilisi. The hotel staff is absolutely sweet. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect! Very fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

Great hotel. Breakfast is so good. I can’t eat boiled eggs so I asked and she made me omelette. All the stuff was so friendly and helpful. Last day we had early check out and they give us lunch boxes that was so good and we are very thankful. We will definitely return back here❤️
