We stayed here three times, each one night stays. The rooms we experienced were very clean, stylish, very comfortable beds, and nice showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved this stylish hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend if you appreciate a unique style/devor, cozy rooms, and a wonderful location.

We stayed in the architects suite and it was amazing. The room was very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and the manager of the hotel helped us with paying for street parking (which was a bit complicated). The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay there!

I had a great stay here! As soon as I entered I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were very keen to answer all of my question about the area, the hotel is really close to everything. They gave great tips about the city and recommended great food spots. The room was beautiful too. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all at Communal for the service.

Everything was excellent!
Small details like bath salts, tea, water, and a radio playing light jazz make the atmosphere really special and set this hotel apart from others. Great service and a smooth check-in. We also accidentally broke a small cup, which we are really sorry about, and no one demanded any compensation from us. Overall, a great place to stay

A Truly Lovely Stay at Communal Hotel

From the moment we checked in, Annie made us feel genuinely welcome. She was extremely attentive, explained everything in detail, and took great care of us every morning during breakfast. Although not all menu options were available at times, she always did her best to compensate for what was missing, which we truly appreciated.

On our check-out day, Annie surprised us with a very special and thoughtful gift, a beautiful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.

The food deserves a special mention: everything was absolutely amazing, incredibly tasty, and very fresh. You can really feel the care put into each meal.

Our room was spotless… from the towels to the sheets, everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.

Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Communal Hotel and are very much looking forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area, right in an interesting neighborhood. The friendly staff, elegant design and comfortable surroundings make it a great place to stay. Definitely highly recommended!

Love it! But if you can't climb 3 floors of stairs, feel claustrophobic in stylish rooms that are about 12 square meters, are allergic to modern Mediterranean cuisine and are afraid of staying in non-touristy areas, you might want to stay away from this place.

Amazing boutique hotel with very stylish rooms. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel restaurant Weller serves among the best food we had during our stay in Tbilisi. Definitely worth a visit!
