It’s terrible… just location and staff(on kitchen and cleaning) for persons who want to be near city centre….and nothing more! Photos (not all) fake…real rooms and services - don’t have verbs.

We booked a city-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, both day and night! The room featured massive windows and was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was beyond excellent – enormous and fully equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast on the panoramic terrace was delicious and varied. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the city center and the fortress.
Separately, we accidentally left some items in the room, but after contacting the front desk, we were able to retrieve them a few days later, perfectly safe and sound.

I recommend this hotel. The front desk service was superb, and the staff were very helpful. The room featured an excellent panoramic view, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Its central location is ideal, with many cafes within walking distance.

The location was really good and the view from the restaurant was amazing... I chose a hotel close to the rental car company... The best location for Tbilisi city tour..

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb. It's within easy walking distance of many attractions and stylish restaurants. Plus, the view from the hotel restaurant's terrace is absolutely stunning!

Gorgeous view from the veranda on the 8th floor, where breakfast is. In the evening it is empty, and you can sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the city, even if your room is on a low floor and without a view.
Breakfasts are normal, there is plenty to choose from (omelette, eggs, sometimes pancakes, sausages, stewed vegetables, yogurts, sausage, cheese, nuts, cereal).
The rooms are comfortable, fresh. Good plumbing. The mattress is hard, not the most comfortable, but the linen is clean, and in general everything is good.
The room really lacks a full-length mirror!
The mirror in the bathroom is not enough to see how you are dressed, especially if you are short. It is also worth adding a small shelf in the bathroom for shampoo, gel - you have to put them on the floor.
The staff is very friendly, they speak both Russian and English. Thank you!

Great hotel, super located. Clean, cozy. Good buffet breakfast. And the view from the terrace is just extraordinary, both day and night.

We took a room on the 7th floor specifically for the view of the city. And it was worth it. A spacious room with new comfortable furniture. Lots of light. Cool balcony. Huge bathroom. The hotel itself seems strange from the outside. But it was quiet and comfortable at night. The main thing is that it is very clean and tidy! By the way, there was no corkscrew in the room and we had to look for it. This is the only minus. We did not go to breakfast, although it was included. And so what, the spirit of the Soviet period is felt in the stained glass windows and some elements. But this has its own charm and luxury. We were satisfied.

I would like to thank the hotel for their interest and attention and for arranging an airport transfer for us. The view of the hotel was wonderful, but the only problem was that we had a problem with my foot that we thought was broken. Their rejection of our request to leave the trip early upset us. We even changed our flight ticket and left the hotel 2 days earlier. We did not understand the reason for the rejection.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel in the very center of the city. We especially liked the balcony and the view. The room was clean, had all the amenities, including robes, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. In the morning, a good breakfast. In general, the hotel is excellent. The only small minus is the soundproofing, it is not very good, but from experience this is in most hotels. In the end, if we are in Tbilisi, we will gladly stay at this hotel again.
