Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied. The hotel staff is responsive, they helped us with a corkscrew and an iron.
By the standards of neighboring hotels and the room stock of Tbilisi - a good value for money.

The hotel was rated 4 stars so i booked it and thought the rooms would be as per 4 star hotel but when i moved in i did find out that room has no windows dark small box nobody cleaned the room for whole my stay bed headboard dirty and stained pullows stained and smelly same duvet. Only thing which was ok was the shower room anything else horrible .. Staff miserable not helping at all.

I dont leave reviews usually does not matter how good or bad place but this time decided cuz it caused discomfort to me and my mrs.

Everything was superb (location, cleanliness, breakfast provided) except the toilet has unpleasant smell. I hope they can improve on it

Georgia is heaven, lets not talk about the country, but Ivani hotel is great. the location cannot be better, the pavements through the ways, feels like a movie, it is an expedition every where you wish to go. Bars, restaurants, churches, Bazar... every where is a scenery. Rooms are cozy and the windows perspectives are breathtaking. staff were kind and professional and the best part was breakfast, it may not a prize winner cousin competition, but you know there is lovely breakfast awaiting every morning in the restaurant next the lobby...

Good location. Friendly staffs, especially Mr. Aram. Clean room. Small room but ok. No mini bar but ok. Breakfast can be improved. A little noisy place and neighbors, especially their dogs. Have a little balcony for using publicity. I love this balcony.
