Nice boutique hotel in old city of Tblisi. We splayed in 5th floor room, which a a marvelous view of the city. Room was quite big, clean bed and linens. Location is quite far from the main city. One needs to walk uphill for atleast 10 mins to reach the nearest restaurants or departmental stores. Awesome breakfast platter. They have some plumbing issues in most of the bathrooma( we stayed in 2 rooms and both had the same problem). Very Nice staff and service.

The hotel, rooms, and service were all great. While the room was relatively small, it was excellent value for the price. Bonus: there are several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Location is great, you can reach all of the sights by walking Staff were friendly and caring Breakfast was better than I expected It's on top of a hill, great view,BREATHTAKING, but you won't make it if you've been skipping your leg days Totally worth it

This was the worst nightmare I've ever had in any hotel I've ever stayed in. If you're reading this review, book another hotel, even if it's cheaper. They put me in a room 30 CK from reception, the guy stayed up all night talking on his cell phone, the shower didn't work for the first few days, they didn't clean the room, and the breakfast was terrible, or rather, the breakfast. They didn't refund the money paid; I had to lose the money and leave. They didn't refund me, and even Booking.com didn't resolve the issue; they just kept passing the buck. I don't recommend this place; it's not a hotel or guesthouse, it's a horrible place.

We stayed a week at Old City Boutique Hotel and loved it! The hospitality is amazing—the staff are very welcoming. They always listen to requests and helped us get the best room with a great view. Great people, great location within walking distance and a good breakfast. The cake is one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved our time here and highly recommend for a homely stay!

Good location and reasonable price. Most attractions were within walking distance. The balcony view was nice and breakfast was okay. The room was a bit noisy, the bathroom ventilation wasn’t good, and the reception wasn’t very responsive. Overall, it was okay for a short stay.

Customer service left something to be desired.
We were very well received upon arrival, but the shower was leaking and the toilet paper was almost gone. The next day they didn't clean the room (we thought it was a mistake and didn't say anything); on the second day they didn't clean it either (we complained and they told us they hadn't cleaned it because the key card hadn't been installed (there was no contractual provision for this and the card wasn't in the room, it was only provided at that moment); we asked for toilet paper (they provided it, but only after much insistence); after the third day they still didn't clean the room (they said their key was broken). Otherwise it was ok.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The rooms are spacious and modern. There are toiletries, towels, slippers, and bathrobes in the rooms. They have a 24-hour reception with friendly staff. The rooms are accessible by an elevator so you don't need to worry about your luggage. The location of the hotel wasn't easy for taxi drivers since it's towards the top of a hill.
