The place is awful! It should be illegal for people to stay in such a filthy place. Please remove this from Trip.com It is a horrible place. Nobody should be eligible to live in such a filthy and stinking place

We booked through booking, upon arrival and after looking at the living conditions, we immediately decided not to move in, the room smelled of cat urine, the bed linen looked like it hadn’t been washed for a year, the dirty stove was covered in grease, it probably hadn’t been washed for a long time, the sockets in the room were sealed with tape, and very cool, the only plus is the location but it didn’t suit me

When we arrived, the host kindly guided us. The provided room smelled somewhat, and there were still things that others used. It was the worst, and it smelled in bedding, and pillows were not available due to the nasty smell used by others. We could not cover the blanket, and eventually lying on the blanket and came out in the morning.

Lovely boutique hotel with spacious rooms and great service. Very close to tourist attractions and walking distance from a lot of lovely cafes and restaurants

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

They went above and beyond in every little service they gave us. Excellent room, location, and super nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here and will come back soon! Thank you

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
