The service isn't even worthy of a 2. Our room wasn't cleaned once in two days. We called reception four times, and they only promised they'd be there, but no one ever showed up. Of the three elevators, only two are working, and they're very slow and don't notify us when they arrive, which is inconvenient. There's no porridge for breakfast, but overall, the breakfasts are good.
