Hotel Klarastan Bon Voyage in Tbilisi

Very bad experience. That lady is very irritating and bad behaviour. And spam that lady locked into the room and asking money. Bon voyage hotel don't take rooms. Not worthy for money also no manners for the staff and owner. After receiving money the owner call me and say getout

The room was very cold. There was no air conditioning remote control in the room. There was no staff at the hotel front desk. Every time I came, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. I needed to prepare toiletries in advance. No shower gel, slippers, cups or toothpaste were provided. The next day I renewed my subscription and the platform showed that there were available rooms, but the boss told me that there were no rooms and asked us to add 30 lari. The whole experience was not good.

This hotel needs all kind of fixings, hard to find also, reception is empty all day, walls are thin and you can hear nex door people conversation

Did not get pillows when checking in, shower could not be turned off completely and the showerhead mount was completely broken. The room did not have a window and the reception was mainly unmanned. Overall disappointing and even for a last minute booking and low expectations, it was not worth the price.

I was supposed to stay there in may this year. This turned out the worst place I have ever seen in my life! A natural fraud! The photos shown on booking.com are far from being real. Even the reception doesn't look the way it really is. The host Georgi is a real swindler. Right from the start, upon my arrival, he tried to offer me another room, which was much higher in price. I said no thanks. Once I saw the room I had booked, I was shocked: the walls were covered with chappy paint and the mold, the only towel (they probably don't know out there that there should 2 towels per guest) was with head-size holes, there was a smell of mold in the room, to say nothing of the view which was zero. I immediately wanted my money back and find another hotel, but the host denied it. I thought we could come to some agrrement if I suggested he charged me with one night, and gave me the rest back (for other 3 nights), but he denied this too and started shouting at me. The only 'solution' he could come up with was to offer me another room, with quite the same entourage, and to change the towel. But since he turned out an absolutely disrespectful and agreesive person, who wouldn't let you finish your sentence in your humble attempts to explain your reasons (dirt, mold, etc.), I prefferred to go and find a safer place to stay. The truth is this class of people never give you money back, they have friends in the local police office and they know no dignity. So, please do yourselves a favour and never stay stay at such a disgusting place!

I did reservation from Agoda but the room wasn’t able, they didn’t give me another one
They said different price and they didn’t cancel my reservation if they were did I’ll get my money back but they didn’t it so don’t trust not a good hotel
