Nice hotel, interesting interior with mixed styles (vintage and modern), attentive staff Nika and Oksana. Family room was big, comfortable, warm and clean. Car parking in front of entrance, free. Very near from the center and Old city.

it shouldn't be called an hotel, it's more like a guest house.. terrible experience, cockroaches everywhere, broken toilets, bad management.. if you want to ruin your vacation just book in this "Hotel"!!

Just keep away from that dirty and bad place. Attention: Photos in website and TripAdvisor are fakes. Again: KEEP AWAY!!!!!!! Bad location, bad structure, bad smell. It is not "hotel". It is an "espelunca"!!!!!!

Worst hotel ever!!!!! The room is so noisy, the mattress are so uncomfortable even it hurt my neck. WiFi connection is so poor. No door lock or even a key to lock the room door. A lot of insects and flys. The selling is still under construction. Found spiders in the room. The locker is broken and it’s attached towards the wall to hide the broken parts

I made a reservation at short notice for a night's stay. It was hard to tell at first glance that it was a hotel, probably because it was under renovation, and when I arrived the door was closed and I couldn't get in. I called and they came out and showed me to my room.

It’s not worth the price. The toilet door is broken and the wallpaper is peeling off. The hygiene level is acceptable, but overall it’s a mess. I had to wait for half an hour for the staff to come back to work.

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and there was no one to greet me. The cold winter made me stay outside all night. It was terrible.
