Panorama Lisi Grand Hotel in Tbilisi

The only good thing about this hotel is the beautiful view. The breakfasts were awful. The bread was always stale, and we found hair in the food. The selection was meager; they didn't even have regular black tea, and the food wasn't refilled during service. Room cleaning also left a lot to be desired. We booked this hotel as a five-star, but we'd rate it as a 3-star or, at most, a 4-star. We definitely won't be coming back here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of our acquaintances.

Hmm. I dont know where to start and where to finish.
Maybe from the check in? Ye it supposed to be at 15:00 (we asked beforehand to have it at 14:00 and they agreed), but after a long trip we waited mote than 1 hour and 40 minutes until the room was ready and cleaned. So it was at 15:40. Why? Dunno. Sorries or compensation? Ofc no!
The pool. At first you to reach there, find workers and try to guess your next steps. Like you have to ask for towels, they wont suggest you. The water was good though. But a BIG minus, the ventilation is right next to the pool sides, if you are getting out of the pool, be ready to be frozen ( my husband got a flue).
Breakfast? My fave part of each hotel (but not this one). There is nthg to eat, they are not refreshing anything! If you take a bread, you can use it as a weapon. Nothing is fresh! Want a black tea? Ask them and immediately get a rude “no”. Found smthg tasty? Be ready to find a hair in it.

Now the rooms. Yes they are clean! But there is one roll of toilet paper. Even it is not changed or added another roll.

But the view is really the best part of this hotel!
Ofc we booked on the top floor for it with a good virw. But got on the first and just check the photo.
Asked for an extra bed, which was 15$ on price list, but got for 40$.
