During my week-long stay at the guest house, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The value for the price was exceptional, making it an affordable option without sacrificing quality. Its proximity to a bus stop and the city center was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Furthermore, I was impressed by the cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the property, from the rooms to the bathrooms. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay that exceeded my expectations.

Very basic budget property, condition of bed wasnt great (wonky and uncomfortable)and bathrooms are shared which isnt mentioned on *******, although cleanliness is maintained.

At that time, construction work was being carried out on the street in front of the accommodation.
Other than that, there were no problems. The single rooms do not have a shower or toilet. I would rather pay a few euros more for a double room.

This was an excellent choice for Tbilisi and I am
So grateful that I could arrive late (my bus was severely delayed) and the host was kind and generous. I loved the vibe with shared facilities kept clean and a sense of community for travellers. The unsealed road outside was a bit of a challenge but it is being fixed and I passed the workers as I left the next day. Grateful for a soft place to land after a long journey.

This is okay for the price (~30€/night for a private room with 2 twin beds) but at the end of the day, there are better options in this city. I felt like the rooms could have been cleaner. The staff and other guests were very loud at times and we could hear everything from our room. The owner responded quickly and was helpful even though we never met her in person. I would say you get what you pay for but we paid the same for our next accomodation in Tbilisi and had a much better experience.

We booked a private room here at it was just ok. Our pillows didn’t have covers so I had to go find some myself. The sheets were not fitted on the mattresses. No AC so it got quite hot at night. There were little windows we could open but outside our room was so loud that we woke up a few times every night and early morning. The wifi was quite weak and would disconnect. The bathroom was clean and service was very attentive to the things we needed (ex: extra towel). The location was nearby Old Town but on top of a steep hill. After two nights, we moved elsewhere for the same price and had a much better experience.

Although the building is old, it was well-cleaned, clean, and comfortable to stay in.
It's located right in the city center, so access is very good.
The staff were all friendly and we were able to communicate via WhatsApp even outside of reception.

Generally good. Nice little room. All is clean. Free tea. The only and the biggest problem is that walls are so thin you can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from other rooms, hall, entrance... The wifi is weak generally in my room (10) at least. You have it then it is lost.

Very good location. All excursions start within walking distance. There is everything you need. Sound insulation is not very good.

Very cozy place with very friendly and helpful host. Everything was clean and in good condition. At the guesthouse they served good breakfast with home made tinned apricots and cherry - delicious! Also the place is close to the historical center of the city and some good restaurants.
