Citrus Hotel in Tbilisi

Location is in the heart of the city. Few minutes walk from the Freedom Square. A lot of options for breakfast, however, no rice :( The room is nice and clean, but no dental kit provided. They have bidet though, which is a plus point. Front desk said we have a 10% discount on the restaurant but didn’t get it :( Overall, it was a great stay but would be better if there is a dental kit for guests.

I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. I had no choice but to pay an additional $200 and stay in a vacant suite for two nights. I even called the police to complain, a truly absurd experience. Trip.com didn't answer my calls or respond to my emails. I demand an apology and compensation from Trip.com for ruining my trip.

The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby is the landmark Freedom Square, as well as a large shopping mall. The bus and railway stations are only 3 minutes away, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

I had an all-around fantastic stay at the Hotel Citrus! Everything was fantastic – from the friendly service to the clean and well-equipped accommodations to the delicious food. The staff was always helpful and courteous, and the rooms were modern and comfortably furnished. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast, which was both varied and high-quality. I highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to return!

+ Excellent personnel! Tasty breakfast - best meals in Tbilisi. Superior family room is cool for two people. The location of the hotel is the best! If I return some day, I’ll choose this hotel again.
- Wi-fi doesn’t connect in some places or has poor collection. And not good smell only in the morning in the toilet

Location: 5 min. metro and a large shopping center, Freedom Square BUT!!!!! The neighboring building is the parliament, which means the road is often blocked, you can't get to the hotel, and in principle I was annoyed by the large number of government agencies hanging around nearby.
I ran away from there, because near the metro and in general in that area all sorts of beggars also got me.

Room: for a junior suite the room is small, the sofa and table are unnecessary, they scratched all my legs)
The mattress is comfortable.
The air conditioning on the 9th floor, the last one, room 903, did not work properly.

They clean every day, change the towels!

Breakfast: everything is enough! But the food in heated containers is cool and you eat cold, I always wanted a microwave within reach. And it's great to heat up khachapuri and pancakes with meat.

One standard dish at breakfast is strange for us Russians: sometimes pasta with cauliflower in sauce, sometimes rice with apples) but the second hot dish is good.

It is not customary to order fried eggs in portions, but they made it for us upon request!!!

The view from the balcony is just super!!

The water pressure on the 9th floor is good.
