I stayed in the room with a balcony and the morning was sunny so I brought my perfect cappuccino cup from downstairs cafe of theirs and enjoyed the day. If not Gudauri trip, I would stay more. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. And the Location - perfect.

Very peaceful hotel in the old town close to the centre of Tbilisi. The owner was always quick with her replies to any questions I asked.
The room was small but clean and everything worked and the shower was good both with pressure and temperature although the lever controlling the temperature is very sensitive so nudge it at your peril!
My room had a balcony which was nice to sit on in the evenings.
Overall I would definitely use this hotel again.

Apartment met our needs for the end of our journey. We stayed in the touristy neighborhood, which is fine for the end of trip and last minute shopping. Generally preferred more residential neighborhood apartment for first 5 nights of trip

We had a great 5 days stay experience in this hotel. Aside from the fact that the place is so close to liberty square and a 10min walk to old tbilisi. The place is also lovely and clean, Mrs. Keti and Marika are so accommodating, kind and friendly. Thanks for our wonderful stay in your hotel. Will definitely recommend your place. 🤍 till our next visit! 👌🏻

The staff was extremely helpful to get transportation when our flight was delayed. The room is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The street is beautiful with trees, plants and green growing outside buildings. The central location of this hotel made it convenient to get around town. Definitely recommend this place for a visit to Tbilisi.

Very nice B&B. Owner speaks Georgian and Russian, with a bit of English. The street is a bit hard to find for some drivers, and the roads, like all Tbilisi alleys, are very narrow, but it's quite quiet and peaceful.

A wonderful stay. The ladies who run the hotel are so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and a perfect location. The breakfast was amazing :) Definitely recommend this place.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
