Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
We deeply regret staying here.
First, after we made the full payment, the management and staff showed zero hospitality—no warm greetings, no effort to make us feel welcome.
Second, they completely ignored basic issues like non-functioning Wi-Fi, busted lights, and a broken shower bidet. When we raised concerns—especially about how we were supposed to use the bathroom in the dark—their only response was, “I don’t know.”
Lastly, incomplete toiletries provided no toothbrush, no toothpaste and no room coffee and cups. Breakfast was absolutely teribble!
This level of service is unacceptable. Spare yourself the frustration and book elsewhere!

Pleasant Stay with Great Breakfast & Convenient Location
We recently had a wonderful stay in Georgia. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering great value for the price(for 90GEL with breakfast). The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast – delicious and a great way to start the day.
The staff were exceptionally supportive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The hotel is also situated in a very convenient location, close to Rike Park and the cable car station, with many of the city’s attractions within walking distance.
Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Qeroli Hotel 3* is the best. Very convenient, wonderful, friendly staff and owner,who are kind and help with any questions. The room is equipped with everything necessary, clean and comfortable.

An excellent hotel for tourists arriving in Tbilisi, an ideal location near the entire old town , everything is within walking distance, transport and metro nearby.
Responsive staff, all conditions for a comfortable stay (hot /cold water) , refrigerator , air conditioning , balcony with city views and cleanliness in the newly renovated room.
The breakfasts are very convenient in time and delicious , everything is homemade and natural.

I arrived to Georgia because of work and I stayed in Qeroli Hotel my first nights. The service was amazing. They helped me with everything I need to install myself in this contry. Apart from providing me with perfect service, they even helped me to move in the city, take a Georgian SIM card and helped me searching for a flat. This hotel is the best example of Georgian hospitaliti and I would recomend it to all people who are coming to Tiblisi. It is very close to the Metro and you can go walking easily to the downtown and to the Holy Trinity Cathedreal. Wonderful place.

A wonderful, welcoming family-run hotel. I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at Qeroli. I arrived in the city in the very early hours of the morning, and was welcomed into a lovely room. The team helped me with many logistical tasks during my stay. Highly recommended, will definitely be staying here next visit!

maybe are aren't 5 stars, but the location is great, and for a 2-min walk you can reach one of the biggest squares in tbilisi

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the location is not a great location, every walk to the center takes 15 minutes and you need to cross the Tbilisi main highway. Every walks back from the center requires trekking skills due to the crazy angle of the uphill.
