Everything was good except the parking. Their ripoff system steals 15 euro every time you exit, even though it's supposed to be 15 per 24 hours, unless you register your car license plate in the system, then it is supposed to be 9 euro. I regstered my car but they still stole 15 euro on every exit. The reception claimed there should be SPACES in my car number plate! Whoever heard of spaces in a car license plate?! Thieves!!

It was very nice bright rooms with a good size and it was more than we dared hope for. Just next to a ski rental and close to the skilift.

We wanted to have dinner with 12 persons so we made a reservation. Everything was okay, we received an email that we could eat seperate with tables of 6. When we arrived the man with the glasses was very rude to us never experienced something like this before. We waited at a table and I think the man couldn’t handle the heath because he wanted to kick us out immediately. Again never experienced something like this before the man with the glasses behind the computer this is all on you. Go work in the office. Restaurant businesses is nothing for u. Do not go here

Had a reservation with my family for 12, received an email that it was okay only if we had 2 tables for 6. The man behind the computer asked us to leave and was realy rude. Man with the glasses was very rude to us even tho we had a reservation he kicked us out. For no reason.

We had a reservation for 12 persons and we had to wait to get seated and than we had a place and de waitress said we can sit there and than de owner kicked us out without a reason

Everything was so slow. We had 7pm reservation and were served main dishes by 8.56pm

Nice place to take the kids with a nice play area for the younger kids and a football and pool table for older ones. Concept of customizing dishes and having a choice between ordering through a website or directly via a waiter is nice and handy. No need to wait for a waiter if you don't see one.
Spareribs were pretty good, as well as the hamburgers. As a Dutchman, it's always nice to see decent sized drinks, although that's probably a plus for most German places.
Staff was friendly and helpful, even with a pretty crowded place.
Only con were the raw mushrooms on the hamburger, although that might be a local thing. Nothing to complain about otherwise. Waiting times for the food were a bit long, but nothing extremely out of the ordinary for how many guests were there.
Definitely make a reservation, because all tables were occupied when we were there.
