It was my Solo trip to Grainau, when I booked Hotel Bergland for a night stay. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with Bavarian charm. It offers good breakfast and comfortable rooms. A cosy place for couples and solo travellers.

Charmy hotel. We had a big room with a terrasse. I guess it is the same for the other rooms. Breakfast is very nice. You can eat outdoor also. The hosts are so kind, always there to help.

Great place! Very beautiful location and the room was very clean and cozy. The view from our garden on Bavarian Alps and Zugspitze was breathtaking! Everything in this place was made with a great taste and tremendous love and this can be felt immediately. Only 6 km from Garmisch and 4km from Eibsee. We were actually walking to the Eibsee and the walk itself is simply a pleasure with beautiful views. Grainau is a small and quite place, we greatly enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back again!

I think it is one of the best hotels in inglostadt . I really could not find better than this place to live and also is very valuable comparing to cost.

Initial impression from outside was underwhelming - partly because of the clearance of the front garden - but once round the corner and inside things were very different. Our room was superbly appointed and had every feature you could wish for. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of sitting space, and the access to the garden with further seating was much appreciated. The bathroom was wonderful and a pleasure to use.

Probably more important than all this was the friendly attentiveness of Frau Mancsevski and her husband, never intrusive but always there with help (or another beer!) This is a hotel with very high standards, and it is the personal nature of the welcome that so sets it apart. I should add that the food was outstanding!

A very comfortable, delightfully furnished and well run hotel. Very high quality evening meals. Packed lunches also available. Conveniently situated for the local train service. Thoroughly recommend.

The final stop on our holiday & a characterful Hotel to finish in. Set off a quiet Street in Grainau this small well placed hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Breakfasts eaten in the garden were absolutely superb, we were just sorry not to be on 1/2 board to enjoy the suppers too(but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance) ! The mountain views from the hotel are quite sensational.

Lovely hotel. Good location, breakfast and view of Zugspitze. Very close to Eibsee.

Fantastic place, especially if you like home made cakes.
