Due to my schedule, I checked in late and was scheduled to check out at 12:00 p.m. I came down to the restaurant at 11:05 a.m., which was still within the posted breakfast hours. However, I was refused service by the staff and told that breakfast was already over.
What made the situation even more disappointing was that the staff were eating the remaining food themselves afterward, laughing and chatting. This experience was quite unacceptable.
Please be aware that the breakfast hours listed in the hotel facilities information differ from the actual operating hours enforced by the restaurant staff.
The staff was incredibly friendly and allowing us to check in early was a huge plus. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, situated near great restaurants and offering easy access to the city center and main train station. Highly recommend this hotel!
Unfortunately, on arrival, we were informed there are no balconies for any rooms in the hotel.
The room itself was ok. No fridge in the accessible room. I'm uncertain why the difference?
