Room was beautiful, with the original ceiling so unexpected and gorgeous. Awesome bathroom. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

Very helpful and attentive staff. Room was spacious but very warm. Had to open the window. Bathroom has a heater under the vanity that we couldn’t shut off so we just kept the door closed. All in all, great place and 2 minute walk to the Hauptstrasse.

A hotel with very friendly personal and amazing rooms. Every single one is different and we were in Malolo, at a Fiji beach house. I really loved the room and wonder how the other ones are. The hotel is on the main street of the old town, so everything is close: shops, the university and a bit further the way up to the castle.

It is a very interesting hotel, each room representing a certain city from around the world. Mine being a coastal city, the surprises are pleasing.

We loved the central location of this hotel on the main pedestrian street amongst shops and restaurants. Our rooms were Roma and Peking, both of which were highly unique, very clean and comfortable. I didn't appreciate every room was themed so perhaps my fault too. The New York room was a little old fashioned. my main issues were no air conditioning in an upstairs room in 30 degree days wasn't good. No fridge in the room. No bucket for ice when I asked for it. Great location and the front door is staffed during day time hours but little of the hotel luxuries if that is what you are after

Unique is the location on the main (pedestrian) street, while the carpark (and main attractions) are not far away. The room amd bathroon are spacious. Daily cleaning is only if you ask for it. There are also no tea and coffee facilities in the room.only a bottle of water

Hotel Rose in Heidelberg, Germany is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods. We spent two lovely nights there, and the guest service was very classy and the staff were kind. The hotel is very nice, and the only remark is that the small fans don’t have much effect in hot weather.

Stopped here 1 night, whilst touring Germany. The hotel was great and the staff very friendly and kind, it was the hottest day of the year so far and they let us have the drinks in the mini fridge for free because of it. The breakfast was great, so overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you very much, we will happily come back when I'm the area again.

Close to the train so we could get to Heidelberg Castle. There was free parking on site which was helpful--first come first served. And the breakfast was 100% adequate! I would definitely stay here again.

Happy Stay We didn’t notice the reception is not 7/24, we checked email when we arrived and found the code for the room key. That’s okay. Easy to access. The room is clean and good for family. But no air conditioning, only with fans. Has supermarket nearby in walking distance. Can buy and cook simple dishes in the room. The breakfast is incredible.

Quiet hotel in the hills next to Heidelberg. Old city center only 10 minutes away. Nice place to slow down and relax. No AC in room, so very warm if it’s hot outside. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Typical German breakfast offerings, so don’t expect eggs and bacon or beans and sausages.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a good size. Front desk staff is helpful. Location is what makes this place great. Shops and restaurants are less than a three minute walk. If you're driving to the hotel there are parking garages nearby.

Very bright and modern renovated rooms. We stayed 2 times and better to choose the rooms to the back side. Front side can be noisy. Unless you sleep with closed windows. Location is perfect to explore Heidelberg old town and the castle.

This hotel was modern and very well designed. It was clean and the staff were exemplary. We had secure parking too which was a bonus. Just down the road thrrr was a convenient tram stop which took us into Heidelburgh. In the evening we were directed to a wonderful Italian restaurant where we had a fantastic meal. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Plenty of electrical outlets, modern furnishings, clean beds and linens Negative: - The door lock is broken, so the building is permanently open. - Mold in the bathroom grout. Some exterior windows are missing, making it very noisy. - I don't think the shower head on the ceiling has ever been descaled. The fixtures, like the lamps, have also never been cleaned...

The room itself is adequate for a nights stay. We arrived later than check-in so attempted to use the ‘self-check in’ which didn’t work. A resident luckily helped out just before we were to phone for assistance.

Light bulbs were missing - in the hallway and in the room and bathroom. Had to use my handy light to see and unlock the door. The dinner I had was really good though. The room seemed clean but the bathroom could use some work.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

This is really the best hostel I’ve ever stayed! They provide oats, cereal, milk, oat milk for you to eat. The bedrooms are clean and quiet. The staffs are really friendly. I also meet lots of interesting people. I’m really grateful for my stays here.

The accessibility is excellent, right in front of the bustling street. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit cold, like a military training camp. Also, it's important to note that the bathroom and shower are outside the room.

Good stayover place. We stayed one night a family of four on our way through Germany. The hotel is in a residential area and quite. The hotel room was perfect for us with a small separate room for the boys. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
