We stayed at the Parkhotel for five days, and I'd like to emphasize first and foremost how much we enjoyed it. Thanks to a special offer week, the hotel was also affordable for us. We paid €1265 for our stay, including half-board and our premium room.

All the rooms available to all guests were always clean and well-maintained.

The staff was always friendly and helpful.

From 1 p.m. onwards, the patisserie offered fresh cakes, which, although charged extra, were a real treat.

The thermal spa and wellness area is well-equipped with a total of three saunas (a Finnish sauna at approximately 90°C, a sanarium at approximately 50-60°C, and a steam room). There are plenty of hot and cold showers and an ice plunge pool.

The indoor pool is filled with thermal water from the Karlsquelle spring and has a temperature of 36°C, making it very warm and inviting for relaxation. There is also an additional indoor whirlpool.

A very comprehensive sports and fitness program is offered for all fitness levels. Aqua aerobics, aqua dance, or aqua fitness is offered daily in the indoor pool, except on Sundays. The rest of the fitness program is also perfectly adequate, offering Zumba, walking, Nordic walking, street walking, circuit training, stretching, etc.

The fitness area is also very well equipped with Technogym training equipment. In addition to weight machines, there are also cardio training machines, such as a real indoor cycling bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a stationary bike, and a rowing machine.

Now for our experiences, which could potentially be improved or changed.

- The outdoor pool is suitable for swimming in terms of size and temperature (approx. 28°C), but it is much too cold for relaxing. A few degrees warmer would be nice. There is also a whirlpool outside, but it is usually very busy and therefore often too crowded.
... - In our opinion, the cushions on the loungers are far too thin; our backs started hurting after only a short time. Fortunately, there was also a separate "relaxation room" with several daybeds for two people. These were very comfortable, but since it's a dedicated relaxation room, conversations should be kept to a minimum.

- A large sauna towel is provided daily for the spa area. An additional sauna towel can be rented for €2 per day. Since we weren't willing to spend another €20 for our stay, we decided to use the bath towels that are always provided in the room. In my opinion, two towels should be available per day for each visitor to the spa area.

We stayed at the Parkhotel for a weekend in January 2026. The hotel was a very pleasant size and well-appointed. The thermal baths and wellness area were well-maintained and attractive. It wasn't too crowded either. We booked two of the renovated rooms. Everything was clean. The furnishings were stylish and cozy, with a sitting area and plenty of space. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable for two people. The beds were comfortable, and additional pillows could be ordered upon request. The service staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed our dinner. The price-performance ratio was good. All in all, a wonderful weekend stay. We highly recommend it.

I have nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff, great prices with discounts for these wonderful 5 days, a huge selection of drinks and food, and they were all delicious. The room was also excellent. Furthermore, the entire hotel is very clean! I only had my room cleaned every two days. As an individual, that was fine for me. The wellness area is also highly recommended, and I enjoyed aqua fitness every day. The weather was fine; I took advantage of some time to sit and lie in the sun; they were peaceful days of rest and relaxation. The outdoor pool, with a peak temperature of 28 degrees, was perfect for swimming. This was our second time here this year, and funnily enough, we stayed in the same room as in March. And once again, everything was fantastic... the entire complex was very well-maintained, the room was outstanding and clean, the spa and wellness area was unique, breakfast and dinner were perfect... what more could you want? Eugenio, with whom I tried to speak Spanish every now and then, was the ultimate "host" of the pool bar... always cheerful and accommodating! I celebrated my birthday at the Park Hotel, and in our room, we were surprised to find a bottle of sparkling wine in a champagne cooler and two glasses (thank you so much). It was funny that the congratulations weren't addressed to me, but to my wife (she also received personal congratulations at the beautifully decorated table :-) ). All in all... we'll be back, see you soon!

All in this hotel is THE BEST: - THE BEST thermal spa with inside 36 dgr, and outside 28 dgr. pools. - THE BEST breakfast and dinner. - THE BEST comfortable room just few steps from thermal area. - THE BEST people everywhere in hotel. = clear choice for someone, who like to spent relaxing time in full comfort. Definitely we will come back.

Very nice hotel. A great thermal bath there. The staff was always very courteous and friendly. Was there for the second time and will definitely come again. The food is excellent. Many thanks to the whole team.

Our short vacation was a success. Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room room. Excellent cuisine. Very pleasant wellness area. Strict attention is paid to compliance with the corona rules. House is recommended without restriction.
