You must check out this place!!!

The hotel is beautiful and cosy, great food at the restaurants and delicious cocktails at the bar.
The Spa and pool area are very good, nice outside pool that is quite an experience when is snowing.
They are family and pet friendly!!!! All the staff are great and very helpfull.

We stayed here for the second time during Christmas and the atmosphere is amazing!
The town where the hotel is, is beautiful , full of shops, cafés and during Christmas/Winter they have the Winter Market or the stall selling warm drinks. There is also a walking distance slope for sledding, where we had loads of fun in the snow.

And if all these weren't good enough. During our stay we forgot a laptop in the room and a gold necklace in the Spa, and the hotel team promptly helped us to get our items back. Thank you very much!!!

Wow wow wow. What a beautiful place. We stayed here mid November and had the most beautiful experience. The room was just divine with the best view - we enjoyed the sunset from our balcony looking out into the Alps. The room was spacious and luxurious with excellent attention to detail.
The hotel staff celebrated hospitality at its finest.

We came here for wellness and hiking - we were not disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Amazing Alpine hotel. Fab room - 109. Lots of space. So much seating. Double sink. Lovely touches like a chocolate left at your bedside. Good shower. Reasonably priced bar in room.
As of the wellness area - indoor pool, outdoor pool with jets. indoor jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor 60 degree sauna. Outdoor Finnish sauna at (I think) 100 degrees. Tea room, hot steam room, cool steam room. Sunbathing on the lawn. Blah . Blah

I would return in a heartbeat

One small negative was that it took forever to check in, oodles of bureaucracy. Hence 4 stars for service.

I promised the lady at the counter to give a positive review. This was a great hotel to end our summer holidays. A great modern yet traditional room with very nice view, all very clean and convenient, impressive breakfast and superb diner. All people where kind and professsional and made us feel valued guests all the time. We enjoyed the great spa and of course the nice surroundings.

Superb hotel. Very comfortable room. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially as we had forgotten most of our German, and they apparently don’t get many English guests. A great base for some wonderful walks.

I really enjoyed the stay. This is a 4 star hotel how it should be. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice and case something is missing the staff is there to help. We did not try dinner as we been keen to check other restaurants but menu looks excellent and half board price is very reasonable.
The spa area is devised over 2 levels. This might annoy me if I would have gone there for a spa holiday.
Room was clean with modern bathroom and shower.

I would like to give acknowledgent for women from cleaning serwis , today they helped me with my little accident( I really deep cut my toe ) . They were kind , helpfull and worried. Place is create by people, and this is why is a good hotel to stay in. I really thank you .

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly. We decided to end the dinner without desert otherwise we will still be waiting for some of them...

Very nice service. The waiter informed us directly that the meal could take a little longer because the cook is alone in the kitchen that evening. No problem, we thought. Veal schnitzel ordered for 24 euros, waited an hour as announced, no issue.
But does the good schnitzel really have to be served with the cheapest french fries? Absolutely no restaurant quality, I don't think that's okay and can therefore not recommend the restaurant despite the friendly service.

We were there spontaneously yesterday without a reservation. We were told straight away that it would take about an hour for our food to arrive. We thought it was good that we were told this directly, so we could adjust to it. There was no waiting time for the drinks. The food was absolutely solid and plentiful. The price-performance ratio is right. The staff were very friendly. We felt very comfortable there!

Only tried the restaurant, which seemed to be the only place in town where we could get a table without reservation. Foresight?
Definitely somewhat of a special interior design/décor and staff. Anyhow, the food was okay, though reading previous comments on canned veggies, that might have actually been true. It's certainly far from being creative and won't put a look of ecstasy (as the name suggests) on your face.

This was our first night in Reit im Winkl and decided to have dinner here. The food was bad (vegetables from a can!), the table cloths were dirty, we received our main course all at different times and there is no option to pay by card, only cash!
We will never go back!
