Hotel Garni Christl in Bad Griesbach

We booked two nights, and since we arrived late in the afternoon, the key was left for us. That worked well; the room was clean and tidy, and we were satisfied. Unfortunately, we have to criticize the breakfast. On Saturday, we were the first ones there at 8:00 a.m. and still had a limited selection, but on Sunday, we arrived at breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and almost everything that was available was gone. Several small plates were empty and weren't refilled for us. A bread roll was kindly fetched for us from the neighboring hotel, as they only had whole-wheat rolls left. The scrambled eggs, which others had praised (ordered on Saturday), were unfortunately just powdered eggs from a packet. This was very disappointing after reading the previous reviews. The farewell was pleasant, but we do expect a decent breakfast when we book it. All the best to you.

It was a great stay with our dog :) The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff and owners are very friendly and accommodating!

A lovely, charming little family-run hotel nestled within the large spa complex. The owners personally attend to their guests with their pleasant manner. The rooms are tidy and clean. A fantastic feature is the direct bathrobe access to the thermal baths. Truly a wonderful touch.

Wonderful accommodation that is definitely worth more than three stars. Freshly renovated, new modern bathroom, new furniture, great new beds, nice large balcony. Very clean!!! Which is worth a lot.

Fantastic breakfast: fresh, delicious wholemeal rolls, fresh, bright vegetables, fruit, etc. everything beautifully presented, sausage and cheese of very good quality. The egg is freshly prepared for each guest as desired. Delicious!
