+ room was clean - management unfriendly/unprofessional, restaurant/bar closed 2 days per week, no hot water for two days, food not the best, discount cards not automatically providedWould not return. Much nicer accommodation close by. Certainly not recommended for a family holiday

Great experience! The staff is just the most warming and welcoming. I would give more stars if I could. Breakfast is great, altho not always included in price. Could be more parking space, but it's a fairly small village it's not hard to park somewhere walking distance. Dinner is only 10€ for some great homemade food as a buffet.

I was there with some of my friends, the rooms are basic, nothing fancy nothing bad, however the breakfast very bad, the cheapest ingredients from the supermarket and the croissants were not properly backed (as in almost row in the middle) . But what was most socking, the owner come to us and at 9:20 pm while we were having a chat on the terrace and asked us to be quite ( a bit early for silent hour) and entered my friend room and bathroom WITHOUT asking for permission in order to tell her to make the kids be quite SO RUDE !!

Definitely need a car to get to this hotel location, but they have more than enough car parking spaces. The rooms are nice and spacious, although I would recommend bringing shower gel/shampoo, as these were not provided for us. Very cosy, soft beds and lovely views of the mountains and surrounding area. What makes this hotel so amazing are the hosts/owners of the hotel, who have been more than accommodating and welcoming! They are very attentive to guests and very friendly. Then is located a few minutes from several ski resorts, i.e. Oberjoch, Oberstdorf, Nebelhorn and Fellhorn.

The rooms are cosy , cleaned, nice view to the mountains and the service is wonderful.
All crew is likeable and professional. We stayed in the Christmas period and was perfect.
The hotel is quiet, the restaurant is very good and there are some park place aside.
