The hotel is located in the historic part of Bayreuth, close to the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable for a business trip. The staff was professional, and check-in was quick. The breakfast was basic but good. A good option for a short stay in the city.

The room was very clean and tidy. It wasn't until breakfast that I realized how many people were staying there. The parking lot is underground; I had to walk around it twice before I noticed, haha!

Good hygiene and location, rich breakfast, it would be better if there was a pair of disposable slippers in the room!

The room smelled strongly, a kind of body odor that couldn't be dissipated. The hotel staff acknowledged the problem, but refused to change rooms, citing full booking. A thorough cleaning the next day improved things considerably, but the smell was still faint. Given the hotel's star rating, I expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the result was truly disappointing. I barely slept the first night and asked for compensation, but the hotel only waived a small portion of the room fee and offered a free drink voucher. "Do we need your drinks?" Such mistreatment of guests truly undermines the quality and image of not only this hotel, but also the German hospitality industry!
