The food has to much oil
The location near the thermal baths is ideal. I was accommodated in the neighboring house.
The room was small and clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet didn't convince me. The coffee was a bit weak and the goods on display didn't always seem fresh to me.

A visit that should be repeated. Nice hotel with great staff. Friendly greeting, great service in the restaurant. Room clean, big enough, toilet with bathtub and toiletries, bathrobe and hair dryer. Furnishings in the room were a bit old and with a carpet. But always clean, thanks housekeeping for a job well done.suggestion from me would be a sun lounger on the balcony not just chairs. What was also great was free WiFi in the room. Breakfast was good and sufficient for us. We always liked dinner. We were always served quickly by the ladies in the service.
Have vacationed there, it is the only hotel for a long time where we got fresh rolls in the morning and not the baked ones from the big market. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us is that the rooms and the dining room are too warm. There is really no air conditioning there. Otherwise we liked it very much and that for a three star hotel. Great

The staff was very nice and courteous, which is why we didn't complain on site!
-Fitness room were partially broken equipment
-Reception was no longer manned after 6 p.m
- Hotel was locked from 6 p.m. and only accessible with a room key
-Breakfast was poor too
Most of the guests were over 60, which probably also determined the meal times, from 8:30 p.m. there was only a small menu.

I can only recommend the hotel. Friendly service in the hotel and restaurant. A very good breakfast is offered. The food in the Roter Löwe restaurant is also very good and plentiful.
We had a suite with a lot of space. The room was clean.
I rarely give 5 stars. The services of the hotel should not be devalued.

We were there two nights. Everything was perfect for the thermal spa holiday. The rooms have a pleasant atmosphere, the staff is very personable and the breakfast also has something for everyone. Due to the great location with only about 5 minutes walk from the Rottalterme and the attractive offers really recommendable. We will definitely come back next year.

Really nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff.
The only 2 issues were the internet and TV. The internet is weak, didnt even connect properly in the restaurant, synching of emails like in Outlook did't work at all, no downliads. If one is hoping to do a bit of work on the side or even play a simple game on a device, this is the wrong place.
TV resolution very bad (grainy). Not sure whether its the cable provider chosen or the TV but clearly they don't want guests watching TV.
