We stayed there for two nights.
The house is well-maintained, but we didn't have room service, so the beds weren't made.
The towels weren't changed either. The carpet, which wasn't vacuumed during our stay, caused my husband to have several asthma attacks.
The breakfast didn't live up to our expectations.
For €283 for two nights, we had expected something different. Unfortunately, only one star.

Hotel is in a great location, extremely clean and staff very friendly. The bathrooms are recently remodeled however very small. It's good value for money, however they need to invest in higher quality mattresses.

My stay at the Hotel Rappensberg was very pleasant and beautiful.
I felt very well.
My room was clean and nicely decorated.
The breakfast was plentiful and very good.
The Hotel Rappensberg is located directly in the spa area. So I was able to visit the thermal baths on foot.
All in all, a successful stay at the Hotel Rappensberg for me😊.

Clean rooms, very good beds, good enough breakfast and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. In the thermal bath you are 3 minutes. Free parking at the house.

A beautiful family run hotel in a central location. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The bosses very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We will meet again this autumn, we are looking forward to it.

I can only recommend the hotel. Friendly service in the hotel and restaurant. A very good breakfast is offered. The food in the Roter Löwe restaurant is also very good and plentiful.
We had a suite with a lot of space. The room was clean.
I rarely give 5 stars. The services of the hotel should not be devalued.

We were there two nights. Everything was perfect for the thermal spa holiday. The rooms have a pleasant atmosphere, the staff is very personable and the breakfast also has something for everyone. Due to the great location with only about 5 minutes walk from the Rottalterme and the attractive offers really recommendable. We will definitely come back next year.

Really nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff.
The only 2 issues were the internet and TV. The internet is weak, didnt even connect properly in the restaurant, synching of emails like in Outlook did't work at all, no downliads. If one is hoping to do a bit of work on the side or even play a simple game on a device, this is the wrong place.
TV resolution very bad (grainy). Not sure whether its the cable provider chosen or the TV but clearly they don't want guests watching TV.
