Hotel am Schloßberg in Erding

Nice place for a relatively good price. Hotel was clean and nice and elegant. Breakfast was perfect. I will return if I go that way again. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The bathroom was a bit small, with the toilet in a corner, which was inconvenient. The bed was also small and the mattress was too soft, making it uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was a bit hot in the summer.
Breakfast: The fruit was not fresh, the variety was limited, and it was average.
Prepayment: Booking through Ctrip requires an upfront payment equal to the room rate, and then having to pay for the room upon arrival was inconvenient.

We only spent one night here. We had doubts and were about to not book, given that both the website and the photos are not the best. Finally we decided and I must say that it turned out to be an exceptional place. The rooms, furniture, service are excellent. It is a very well-kept hotel. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel, very clean and nice rooms. The only thing that could be improved is the space where the breakfast buffet is set up, it's cramped and the background noise is a bit loud. In summary, we'll be back. Because the proximity to Therme Erding is great. Parking opposite the hotel

Very good, comfortable

As a single traveler, I got a very large room on the second floor. Everything was well equipped, I pushed the seating area to the window (French balcony) and was able to read my messages thanks to the free WiFi. Large breakfast buffet - very good value for money.

The rooms are clean, quiet, maintained, and have nice ammenities, great for families and couples. The service is friendly and helpful, although, the location is sub-optimal. There are quite few parking spots and the front entrance + elevator close at night. It’s also around 3km out from the main activity, being therme erding, which requires you to drive or take the bus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel am Schloßberg for one night and I can only say positive things! When I arrived I was pleased to see that there was plenty of parking available and that it was free of charge. This made the check-in process very convenient and stress-free. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful and I was checked in quickly and easily. Our bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated and was very attractive. It was obvious that the hotel placed a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. The room furnishings were in keeping with the style of a castle and were impeccably maintained. The beds were comfortable and I was able to spend a restful night. Another highlight was the large TV in the room. It was a pleasure to have a variety of channels to choose from and to sit back and relax after a long day. The only small criticism would be that the TV should have internet access so that you could log into Netflix or Prime if necessary. I would also like to highlight the delicious breakfast at the Hotel am Schloßberg. The buffet offered a variety of options, from rolls, which were good, to a selection of cold cuts and cheese, the quality of which I would rate as very good. The location of the Hotel am Schloßberg is also remarkable. Due to the proximity to the Erding thermal baths, we had a short 5-minute drive. All in all, our stay at the Hotel am Schloßberg was absolutely first class. I can highly recommend it to any traveler looking for comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The clean rooms, comfortable beds, the quick and uncomplicated reception and the free parking are just some of the reasons why I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Many thanks to the entire team at the Hotel am Schloßberg for this uncomplicated stay. PS. There is an Italian restaurant next door, but since we didn't eat there, I unfortunately can't give a review.
