Friendly and attentive staff, clean and beautiful hotel. Nice hotel room. Good restaurant. Some parking issues, but manageable. Finally, please reopen. We always love coming back.

It's simply wonderful! Everyone is warmly welcoming, hardworking, attentive, considerate, and knowledgeable! The food is wonderful; everything is in very good condition, furnished with dignity and taste, and very clean! It's simply a perfect, pleasant, and quiet place near the English Garden; I can highly recommend it! Thank you all so much!

Very good, high-quality Austrian cuisine. A wonderful outdoor area, beautifully and tastefully decorated. We always enjoy going there on special occasions. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Changing rooms are available (on the top floor).

As has been the case for years, the Bavarian/South German cuisine was very pleasant and excellent. And once again, the duck was absolutely divine. The waiters are exceptionally courteous, and every detail is perfect in the warm and inviting atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and perfectly acceptable. Making a reservation in advance is advisable, as walk-ins are usually unsuccessful due to lack of space. We always look forward to returning.

Get to this hotel if you want to be in a quiet nice residential suburb. Service is good and the restaurant is reputed to be excellent. Very luxurious feel overall but especially the breakfast.
(Vast majority of hotels in Munich that you will find on the usual sites will be near the train station which is not a bad area now, but used to be run down.)

Charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the English Garden and public transportation. The family room was very nice with the wardrobe providing some privacy from the kids bed. Rooms are a bit dated but for us that added to the charm. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Munich on our vacation. It was a beautiful hotel. The tram is also just a 2 minute walk from the hotel which made travelling to Munich easy. Lovely place to stay!

Stopped here for a nice business lunch. They have a lovely beer garden with massive trees. Daily selection of lunch menus as well as choosing from a la carte.

I had the Backhendl which was very nice. Might be also a nice spot for dinner and sleeping.
