Location was perfect. Lufthansa Airport Express drops you off directly in front of the hotel at Munich Main Station. Super convenient for your flight schedule. Close enough to city center, but is kind of pricey uber compared to other European cities.

Hotel staff and amenities were solid. Will be our go-to hotel anytime we stay in Munich.

Excellent experience! Room was extremely central and I was worried about noise but the windows were very effective and there was no noise in the room at all! Staff were very responsive. The only opportunity for improvement was the gym. Adding free weights and another mat and removing one of the cardio machines would make a huge difference.

This was an all around amazing hotel experience! The hotel is immaculately clean and modernized-yet has all of the historic components. Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. wi-Fi works very well. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels. And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round!

The location is perfect. It is across the street from the main central station, it is where the airport shuttle bus stops at, all of the tour companies are within a one block radius, there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel, every tram and underground/subway depart from Central Station so they are also all within one block. There are always taxis waiting outside, there are 24 hour eateries in Central Station, as well as many other dining options within walking distance, including a full-service grocery store located across the street in the Central station.

In reference to the staff - The staff go above and beyond and are always there with a smile ready to answer questions. Mrs. Katherine at the front desk and Domenico, concierge, truly go above and beyond to assist their guests. The level of service and warmth they provide is definitely five star all the way! These two individuals are very proud to work at this hotel and enjoy what they do which clearly shows to their guests.

room is spacious, lots of space to lay out ur luggages. TV has netflix and other streaming apps! toilet is large and clean. Convenient location right across the road from the train station

The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, especially if you arrive by train. The staff stands out for their exceptional friendliness, and the facilities are perfectly adequate. The bathroom is somewhat outdated and not in line with current trends, but this is not a decisive factor.

The service was great and the breakfast was really good. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It's right opposite the train station, super easy to get around. You can walk to most of the attractions. Highly recommend, a very satisfying experience!

The facilities is basic for the 4-star hotel. The aircon was not working and it was a bit warm in summer.

The breakfast, environment, and service were all great, but the hangers had paint on them, and we weren't told, so our clothes got stained.
