I expected a lot more. We found few hairs in the bedsheets and rooms was definitely not clean enough. Wifi does not function. Fridge neither. Parking space limited. If you are lucky then you are lucky. Positive was early breakfast

Very satisfied with this hotel. Friendly reception, clean and spacious room, fantastic breakfast. Ideal location- being close to the centre of town, the train station and the ice arena.

Stayed here for nearly 2 months for work in one of their spacious 4 person apartment style rooms w/ kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Beds were really comfortable and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was good w/ German Breads, Croissants, Various Meats and even salmon lox!
Located near old town, was plenty to see and just enjoy the scenery and shopping.
Closely located also to bus/taxi station and grocery store was just across the street.
Lovely hotel, lovely town and a lovely stay!

Clean, traditional, budget hotel. Excellent customer service, friendly and nice spread for breakfast (terrific coffee!). Reasonably priced

We've used most of the hotels in Kaufbeuren for customers on our cycling holidays this year and the one that gets the best feedback in Kaufbeuren is this one. Very friendly, clean and pleasant family run hotel. Perhaps not a huge amount of car parking available but it really doesn't affect our guests as they arrive by bike. Bikes are able to be stored securely in the hotel garage, cars are not. Just another reason to cycle ;-)

Simple, new Hotel in the city centre. The rooms are clean. Parking spaces are just a few. No Hotel Bar. Breakfast good and rich.

Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal und Inhaber leider wenige Parkplätze, aber Parkhaus nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt

We were from Friday to Sunday in the Hotel at the tower.
The day before the telephone reserved, the check-in very quick and friendly. We had a freshly renovated room, very clean and furnished with taste, the beds are very good.
A few rooms are renovated, such as the noise level on week days, I can not judge.
Parking (limited), free of charge, directly in front of the door.
Location: At the edge of the old town, in 5 minutes you are in the middle of it.
The Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal, Frühstück ok. Rührei zum Frühstück kostet extra. Lage sehr zentral, Busverbindungen direkt neben dem Hotel, trotzdem sehr ruhig.
