*The room is clean, and spacious
*Recently renovated and modern
*the pillows are not as 'empty' as in other hotels.
*standing Fan provided
*really nice big shower
Minuses:
*No mini fridge
*No coffee/tea set in the room
*there is a gap between the 2 beds, so you can't cuddle...
*no place to hang your hand towel
*Although seemingly recently renovated, because of the choice of fillers in the shower (which are rough), mold is starting to build up.
*Carpetd floors (not the best for people with dust allergy)
*no comfortable place, like a vanity or a mirror next to the desk to sit and do your makeup
*the toilet is square, and has a very large opening... Which might make it uncomfortable for small women to sit on... You might feel like you're falling in.
Just to mention:
*there is no conditioner

Was okay for a hotel in the city. The staff was really very helpful and always had a smile and a greeting. The rooms were very nicely cleaned and in a good condition. The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of quality ingredients and good service from the restaurant personnel. The conference facilities were great and had all of the tools necessary for us to have a successful event.

It was a very nice night.
Where to start? The pluses: Walking distance to the town squares. Great bakery in the lower level. Can walk to the highly recommended SILVANA swimming pool, which has indoor and outdoor features. A must in hot weather. Room was clean. Reception was VERY helpful with booking train tickets. A fan is provided in the room, but (the downside) very few hotels in Germany have air conditioning. The room was stifling, even at night. The window was as open as it could be, but with no cross breeze, it was barely sleepable. It was a good deal on sale. I'm not sure where my husband got a great rate, but when I extended a night, it was full price, and I could've died in the heat wave, early Aug. 2015. The lobby itself had no windows open and the sun shined on it all day. I'm not sure how anyone can work there. But, it was all clean and done with a smile. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, you're golden. I'm doubt I would risk it again in the summer, but it is one of the best in town.
Very good and clean rooms with an axing panoramic view. Best experience in Schweinfurt so far!
