Staff was nice, there were parking in the basement. Room was small but fine. But the bed was quite bad, with deep indentations in the middle from use.

Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is great – close to Berlin’s main attractions and well connected to the rest of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.☺️

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

This review takes in consideration the specific area of Neukölln with its various hotels.
Before finding Motel Plus, we came from two bad experiences in other two hotels of that area hence, when we reached Motel Plus, we felt like in paradise (and we spent less than in the previous two hotels).
Motel Plus has wide marriage rooms at 75€ (we stayed in August) while the other two competitors had shameful small marriage rooms (in one case without toilet) where we paid 90€ (without toilet) and 110€ (with toilet).
You can now understand why I consider Motel Plus as very highly recommendable: it is an average good hotel with an average good price, however, considering the surrounding competitors, Motel Plus becomes paradise.
One suggestion in case you find Motel Plus fully booked: ask the receptionist to show you the marriage room and, in case it is small, ask for a smaller price or go away.

Motel Plus Berlin Neukölln turned out to be a great choice for my stay in the city. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, which made the stay comfortable. The food offered was tasty and satisfying, and the service was always friendly and polite. What I appreciated the most was that the staff spoke English at a communicative level, which made everything much easier. Overall, I felt welcome and well taken care of. I will definitely choose this place again when I come back to Berlin, as it left a very positive impression.

Very good location, neat and clean rooms. Enough size for a single person. I'm happy that I found the right hotel for my future trips to Berlin. 🙂

It is a bit pricey for a small room without a chair inside the room. The location is good. It close to transportation. Many groceries stores are nearby. Many restaurants are nearby, mostly Middle Eastern food.

It was a little far from the station and towels were sometimes not replenished.

120 euros a night is too expensive... not worth the price, just a little better than a guest house, the bathroom facilities are old, worth 80 euros at most
