Staff very helpful tasty breakfast. The rooms are functional basic and clean but your not paying for the Hilton. I would stay again.

The WiFi is a big sad joke that didn't work, other than this I did not get what I've booked :( the staff was not helpful nor friendly either. If you want to take a shower, I'd suggest you do it last thing before checking out because your room would be flooded.
Not worth the money, in my opinion

I called if they had a room for me, yes come over ! They told on the phone. After a hour walking I arrived and a mean old man kicked me out and did very strange to me

The rooms looked way better on the pictures in the internet than they looked in real life. The bathroom window didn’t close properly which isn’t the must fun when it’s below 0 degrees outside. The shower is practically not usable unless you want to flood the entire bathroom. Some bugs were sitting in the corners of the room. Wifi only worked randomly and not consistently. The TV didn’t fully work either, only channels available were ARD and ZDF. Staff was not helpful either. Felt really uncomfortable.

No AC, so when it's hot and you need fresh air for the night, you have to open the window. But then there is no way to find sleep due to the cigarette smoke from people drinking and smoking just in front, very loud conversations of people from the neighboring bar, the close by Döner shop or street cleaning. You can also hear every sound from the neighboring rooms even if you eventually close the window and try to find sleep.
The rooms are very small, the bed was way too soft, but at least the room was clean. It's quite expensive for what you get, so I cannot give more than two stars for this place.

The hotel is situated in a lovely, quiet district of Berlin. There’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby so you’re not far away from the action, and it’s about a 15 min walk to the train that takes you into the city centre.

The staff were very friendly throughout our stay and were able to answer any of our questions.

Only downside with the room was that the AC isn’t very strong. We stayed on the top floor and as the rooms have very large windows, our room became like a greenhouse and it was impossible to get cool.
Otherwise, the room was lovely and well-equipped, and had a nice view over a garden.

Super Breakfast. The room was clean.. Was able to book it spontaneously .
The bathroom is just a little too tight .
But otherwise for the price was very good

Small but clean rooms,proximity to U9 but for any thing you will need to get to zoologischer garten), nearest supermarkets go to the right,you will find, among others, a Kaiser's if you are looking for alcohol.If your goal is to attend only the club, there are best recommended for those who have limited to visit

Very convenient is the proximity with the subway U9, and bus stop TXL to and from tegel airport. Rooms just a little small. Quiet , clean.
