Lettem Sleep Hostel Berlin in Berlin

Pretty grim place and definitely cast a shadow over our whole trip. Staff pretty miserable, rooms did not appear to get cleaned the whole time we were there. WiFi didn't work in our room and not enough wall sockets for people to all charge their phones overnight - mine was unplugged by some random man in the night while I was asleep. Bathrooms smelled bad and mould in the showers which also had terrible water pressure. Not the fault of the place but also shared with a gross guy who snored like a dirty warthog - the kind of people this place attracts I guess. If you want to enjoy your trip to Berlin please do not come here.

This hostel is located in a nice and hipstery neighborhood but next to a park full of junkies. The owner of the hostel/ receptionist is not friendly at all eventhough we tried. The rooms are dirty, smelly and the matrasses and pillows are straight picked up from the street. The kitchen and common room are not cosy to meet other people and nobody used it as well. It's a cheap hostel but there are other cheap hostels in Berlin that offer more quality. The only good thing about this hostel was Sham ( the voluntary intern) who was open for a conversation.

Awful and gross hostel.

The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in my life. so dirty, bathrooms are dirty, broken and not working so good. Rooms are a mess, dirty and full of garbage. Beds are dirty, no conecters or ligth near. Bad atmosphere and the people of the hostel don’t care.
Not recommended, the worst place I’ve ever slept, disgusting.
I payed for 5 nights but only could endure one night.

Bad wifi, bathroom in terrible condition (fungus on curtains, dirty floor, I was scared to touch anything...), one bed has sheets, second supposed to has it too but when we come near 9 pm, the bed was still not prepared - we had to go to the stuff and wait for them, and then do it by ourselfs. Electric kettle is an ordinary pot. By night we could not sleep because all we heard was drops of tap water and the sound of panels on the floor. Also our 'clean sheet' was dirty, weird stains... I would not recommend this hostel. Maybe the neighbourhood was good and great location (near to Pearl Back & Frühstückhaus, I love their breakfasts SO MUCH!) but if you want to rest after your trip or take a shower and just have nice place to stay - do not go there. I don't know why they have great reviews. Also the photos on booking are so old, romms does not look as they look on the pictures.
