Reviews
Unfortunately it was such a disappointing stay.
There were 2 false alarms on the first 4 days.
The first one happened at around 10 pm on our first night 9/1. The second time happened at around 5am morning on 12/1. I had no idea how it could have happened twice in just a few days not to mention it lasted for at least 15 minutes. The second false alarm was extremely unacceptable. It woke all the guests up and we even had to go down in such heartbreaking cold weather.
On the other hand, we tried the photo booth at 9pm on 9/1 but nothing came out. There was no sign alerting the guests the booth was not working until the other day morning. The staff in the hotel asked us to contact the email written on the booth and we did. There is still no reply until now. The staff told us we could try to write to the hotel to ask for the €5 REFUND since there is no reply. Again, there is no reply from the hotel either.
I staid for 5 days in December, when the temperatures outside were in the negative, and for my whole stay the water in the shower was barely lukewarm. Every time I complained I got different excuses (it's an issue in the whole building, we are working on it, it's the same in the whole neighbourhood...) but then I discovered that my colleague staying in the same hotel did have hot water in her room. After several complains I was offered a free breakfast, but that does not compensate for not being able to take a nice hot shower when it's freezing outside. Additionally, the fire alarm went off one day at midnight, which according to other reviews is something that happens quite regularly in this hotel. So until the hotel works on these most basic services, all its coolness is completely useless and it's really not worth the price. Better stay in a less cool hotel where you will be able to take a hot shower and sleep through the night without having to evacuate and stay in the cold for half an hour in the middle of your sleep. 100% NOT recommended.
