The hotel is generally fine, but it lacks warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is good and definitely a positive point.
The staff experience was mixed — some employees were polite and helpful, while others could have been more friendly and welcoming. Overall, an acceptable stay, but there is room for improvement, especially in terms of atmosphere and consistency of service.

Great hotel. Rooms lovely but not as 5 star as described although I am genuinely nit picking there. Staff friendly, we arrived at 12pm and our room was ready so check in was sorted but you can leave your bags if needs be. Location is spot on! Breakfast and bar not sampled so can't comment but a great place to stay.

The bar is very nice, delicious food, great coktails and very friendly bartender. If you stay at the hotel, have at least one dinner at the bar.
The location on Friedrichstrase Station is impeccable. Rail links to everywhere. The hotel is just a few minutes away by foot from Museum Island, Unter den Linden and the Reichstag building.
The gym is very small and not well equipped, and the pool doesn’t smell so good for some reason.

Eurostars Berlin is a solid choice for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well laid out, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is very convenient, especially with the train station close by, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was average—fine, but nothing memorable—and the hair dryer in the room wasn’t working properly, which was a small inconvenience. Overall, a good stay with minor issues that could be improved.

Everyone from staff, management, location, and food have an excellent element of treating their customers with care and respect. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is fully professional and comfortable. We chatted up the staff at the bar, revisited them multiple days in a row just to chat, and got amazing restaurant recommendations.
In the checkout from a very satisfying trip, the manager waived our parking charge saying “you were nice to our staff it’s free“ This tells me the care we felt started at the top to have clearly established a culture of excellent hospitality. Anyone that cares about their own employees that much deserves your business.

Nice hotel. Delicious breakfast. Decent room.
I wasn't prepared for the fact that my windows overlook the hotel lobby. A view from the window is very important to me. But then I got used to it.

Ideal location very close to train station, wifi wouldn’t reach the bedroom though and only worked in the bathroom and we had a member of staff walk into our room without knocking. Buuuut the front desk staff were beyond amazing and helped us immensely. Sauna access is also incredible for tired exploring feet!

It's close to the station and just three minutes from the famous riverside restaurant district. The room facilities are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. (Many hotels don't have conditioner, but this one does.)
The staff are friendly and willing to listen to your requests, but the room attendant didn't replenish the tissues when we ran out.
The breakfast is excellent, especially the salads, which change daily, and the bread is freshly baked and has a wide variety of delicious options.

The location is excellent, convenient for getting around. It's near Berlin Friedrichstrabe station; exit at Ausgang Friesrichstabe, cross the street and turn left onto the small alley (next to the Block House restaurant). There's a Rewe supermarket nearby (also inside the station) and a DM pharmacy. The room is spacious enough to fit three 24-inch suitcases comfortably. The mattress is quite soft, and overall cleanliness is acceptable. A wooden floor, not a carpet, would be preferable.
