Perfect hotel, perfect location.
Unfortunately, the last two days there were no elevators on the 5th floor...
Friendly staff, could make an effort in French
The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance.
The breakfast was delicious and well organized, with a great variety of options. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast supervisor, Yasar Acar, who was absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and made every morning a pleasure.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!!!
