This was my second stay in six months, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel’s location at Ostbahnhof is excellent — with S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, and buses all right at your doorstep, getting anywhere in the city is effortless. I also really appreciated the public transportation pass provided by the hotel, which made moving around Berlin extremely convenient and stress-free throughout my stay.

I chose this hotel for my 2024 Berlin Marathon trip. It was very convenient for me on days when I had little energy to walk after my run. The hotel is connected to the train station, and you can find a wide selection of fast food options.
***They even have fans in the rooms for hot days. :)

I was scared by assistant.Maybe they need more training about service. And l even has several days fordreams.
But the hotel is very quiet，if you have strict requirements for sleep environments，it will be a good choice.
The breakfast is simple，there is not too much choice while it can meet your basic need.
As.for the trafic，it's well. the hotel is next to the metro station and bus station. it's very convenient.
And around the hotel，on the way to subway station，there is a samll shopping center which includes market subway and coffee bread shop.

Average rooms, unfriendly staff. For the price of more than 150€ a night w/o breakfast better to stay in the other hotels in front of the station

Really enjoyed our stay , friendly staff and great location, basic room but suited us great. Free travel during our stay which was a bonus. no kettle in the room, But overall a great hotel and good value for money. Holzmarkt is a must visit and a very short walk away and the hotel is close to a nice park with beautiful water features. The train station is next door and only 20 minutes direct to Berlin airport. 24 hour mc Donald’s next door meaning you can get a hot drink any time. Great Italian restaurant near by Terrazza Portofino very good value for fresh food and fantastic customer service.

No A/C, room was really uncomfortable.
Morning shower ran hot/cold/hot/cold………..
Very little drainage for shower resulting in water all over the bathroom and bedroom floor.

A hotel near the train station, a room overlooking the station concourse. With the window open, it was terribly noisy. Another reservation at this hotel was canceled a few days before arrival without any explanation! I don't recommend it; the phone staff barely speaks English.

Pretty basic, but clean rooms, but very convenient location. Friendly staff and quick online checkin. Reasonable price. Would stay again!
